Cupcakes is the joint venture between Mimi Coral and Rosemary Galbraith. I first really met Rosemary when I became a fan of her new Creampuff Skins in April of 2008. I bought the skins like crazy, joined the group and eventually became really good friends with Rosemary. She trusted me enough to ask for my feedback and it was an honor to be a part of the whole skin making process, albeit my role was a very small one. Eventually Mimi (owner of <3 Cupcakes) and Rosemary, who were friends and neighbors on the Popfuzz sim decided to collaborate and create skins. That was just the start and they decided that they worked well together. They became M&R Cupcakes and consolidated their groups. Most recently they've changed their name to just Cupcakes. I've been recently promoted to Head Cupcake #3, and I'm glad I'm a part of this great group of people.
